Dr. Chen was doing a follow up for me and explained that if my test results weren't the negative we were hoping for, that I have options. She shared there were even options in pregnancy (we're about to do an embryo transfer). She was efficient in her exam and was kind and compassionate when I became a bit overwhelmed at the prospect of more intervention potentially impacting our fertility journey, letting me know that we should move forward with our transfer and if tests indicated more needed to be done, there were options. Her office called with the good news that tests were negative and they remembered about our upcoming transfer, telling us to move forward and follow up in a year.

Dr Chen was warm, welcoming, empathetic, friendly and understanding. It was very easy for me to discuss my concerns and ask questions. She never made me feel like she was in a hurry or was impatient.

Dr. Chen is the best doctor I've ever had. She listens to every topic you want to discuss about your health and does not make you feel rushed or dismissed. She helps you sort through symptoms and gets proper testing done to get answers and rule out questions. She is personable and kind and makes getting an annual a comfortable and positive experience. I have recommended Dr. Chen to many of my friends and family already. Her office is also very responsive on MyChart and over the phone when you leave a message on the nurse line.
