I appreciated Patrick Duffy's calming bedside manner, an important characteristic that you want/need from a provider after a traumatic event/ surgery. He is very respectful, an exceptional listener, and described very clearly and in layman terms as we viewed aneurysm Images. Much appreciated since these are beyond my understanding. He always confirmed if I understood and/ or had questions. I never felt rushed during the appt and I felt there was an opportunity for mutual sharing.
