Dr. Maheen Fallah provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care. Her practice includes both low risk and high risk obstetrics, and she provides both normal vaginal deliveries and instrument-assisted deliveries when necessary.
She offers the full range of gynecological care, including minimally invasive office procedures, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.
She has a special interest in the evaluation and treatment of abnormal pap smears, contraceptive management, and minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries and office procedures.

Full spectrum GYN, with special interest areas including adolescent health, reproductive health, evaluation and treatment of abnormal pap smears, contraceptive management, irregular or abnormal vaginal bleeding
Basic infertility evaluation and management
Office procedures include Nexplanon and IUD placements/removals, office hysteroscopy with removal of misplaced IUD's, hysteroscopic sterilization with Essure, colposcopy, cryogenic treatment of warts, cervical/vulvar biopsies
Minimally invasive gynecological surgery, including laparoscopy and hysteroscopy

Personal Information

I live in Bellevue with my spouse and two energetic young boys. Balancing my professional life as a physician and as a mom/wife is crucial and sometimes challenging, and I try to devote my time off from work to my family, but I feel that this aspect also brings me closer to my patients.
I also volunteer at my kids' school, and engage in school events.
In my free time, I love cooking and trying different international foods. We also travel a lot as a family.

It is always a positive and wonderful experience when I see Dr Fallah. She remembers details about me and my family and always checks in on how we are doing. She never seems rushed and takes the time to answer any of my questions. I especially appreciate she strives to stay up to date on the most recent medical research and shares much of this advice during my visits and when I ask questions. Couldn't ask for a better Dr!

Dr. Fallsh has been my gynecologist since I was a teenager. She has been the most trustworthy, compassionate, and knowledgeable provider I've seen, and has guided me through the different phases of my women's heath concerns as I approach middle age. I have incredible respect for and trust in Dr. Fallah, she has accomplished something so rare in medicine which is true professionalism paired with a very personable and warm bedside manner. We have know Fallah for more than 10 years and supported us through lot of ups and downs. She is very informative and knowledgeable. Very thorough in her analysis and do not unnecessarily panic. Very calm and quiet makes us feel better in difficult times. Going through pregnancy is not an easy thing and we are glad that we had Fallah on our side throughout the journey. Will strongly recommend her and she is always our preferred provider.

I've seen Dr.Fallah twice in my entire medical history but both times I came away from the appointment very happy and heard. Dr.Fallah took great care in listening to my concerns, answering all my questions and despite the time difference between the two visits, took enough time to read up my chart and was aware of my medical history. I've been recommending her to anyone that needs a good OB Gyn. It's hard enough getting medical provider appointments lately but when you have a good one, you want people to know. She's warm, friendly and easy to talk to. That's what every woman needs in her most personal of medical care.
