We went over the allotted visit time because I had to explain to her everything I had put in my questionnaire before hand. When I asked her if she had read any of the information I had supplied before the visit she said no. I asked her why she didn't and she said she didn't have access to it.

Lori Nabong was very caring and listened carefully to everything I said. She took the time to answer all my questions. At no time did I feel rushed. She even shared a chart with me showing details about a prescription drug I'm taking.
