Most of the visit was great. I felt I was listened to, the doctor went through my recent and earlier results (this was a first-time visit), informed me about a new available treatments and answered my questions. Even the ones not directly related to my illness. The only piece of feedback from my end is:1. The end of the visit felt a little rushed due to the doctor opening the door and getting ready to leave before I got a chance to pack and organize my thoughts.2. I wouldn't mind if doctor's recommendations regarding changes to my insulin intake were better explained by looking at my results together.

Don't like facility fee. That insurance does not cover. Saw endocrinologist off site previously no such cost.

I really appreciated the way Dr. Collins explained osteoporosis to me and how she listened to my concerns regard the use of Prolia. Shes obviously an expert in her field yet listens and responds even when the patient is unsure of possible treatments. She makes me feel valued and gives clear, pertinent information needed.
