Zoom call this year. Had 12 months to send me dexa scan location & blood work location office never did this. Still haven't had these tests completed. Was supposed to have results at Zoom meeting.
June 29, 2022
Since COVID its often difficult to get appt.'s with all providers anywhere.

No issues, I think Dr Collins listened to me, explained what concerns she has with my results, gave me instructions to move forward.

Dr. Collins is awesome in every way I could ask my "bone doctor" to be!
April 14, 2022
Dr. Collins is great, she understands all aspects of Diabetes Type 1, including the newest devices, which insurance companies cover which insulins, etc.

It might have just been me in a better mood or maybe it's the different visit format (in-person vs virtual) but I felt more listened to this time, not rushed at all, and I think the fact that the doctor was wearing more casual clothing (no scrubs/white coat) made me feel more at ease.

Not sure telemedicine id as good as a real consultation, just assessing someone from distance aand paying the same amount of price without having a consultation with a nurse doesn't seems fair.

She's the BEST!!
January 12, 2022
Lindsay very easy to talk to.
January 12, 2022
She has been 'very' careful over the last 2 visits to start me on a new medicine that would help me. Wants to make sure I'm totally healed; she then recently prescribed it. I do wish we had a notice to change from an face to face visit to telephone visit with more than 24 hours. My wife took the day off from work. We could've rescheduled on her day off. I guess you were short staffed.

She was calming, reassuring and gave me peace that's she very knowledgeable about my medical situation. I completely trust her
November 22, 2021
Dr. Collins is the best diabetes physician I have worked with in over 25 years dealing with my condition.

With the recent changes in doctors at the clinic; It was the first time I met with her and I'm not sure I'd come back. She was rude, condescending and didn't listen to my concerns when she randomly made radical recommendations to my treatment but started by saying that I'm managing very well. This doesn't make any sense and I tried asking questions but she just came across as "I know better" but she knows nothing about me. She didn't ask any questions of me really. Terrible bedside manner and honestly I'm looking to understand if there is a different doctor.
