Personal Information

Belonging to a family of physicians, it was a easy career choice for me but the most important thing I learned from them was to be a compassionate and good physician. I feel so grateful and happy doing this job and learn something every single day from my .
My husband and daughter and I love the outdoors and being around our family and that was the reason for our move to Washington state.

My provider gave me some information verbally about a medication we were talking about. I would have been helpful and she offered something written for me to take home, just because I don't remember much of what she told me verbally.

Dr Chacko is one of the best GP's. Even though we have moved 20+ miles away from our old home we still drive to see Dr Chacko as a family.

I am new to this care provider and my medical philosophy is new to her. She did not explain test options that adequately address my healthcare reasoning, but I'm hopeful that she will learn more about me and do better in future.

Dr. Chacko has an excellent bedside manner. However, she herself doesn't provide in depth information and is quick to refer another physician (specialist) to follow-up with my issue. She's almost too careful when examining me, especially during breast exams. It never feels thorough enough as experienced from other physicians. After my appointment, I was given a summary of my appointment and noticed an incorrect diagnosis of hypertension, which confused me, because when they took my blood pressure, it was normal. Always has been.

Dr. Chacko did not answer Q's well - for some basic concerns. She just told me to see someone else (e.g. go see an ENT, go see an OB/GYN). After 20 mins., she complained about how long the appointment took.

Did not record my concerns, gave details about medication orally, nothing in writing, refused to answer questions apart from preventative healthcare.

I would have liked the physician to LOOK at me while I'm talking instead of typing on computer while I'm talking. Some things had to be repeated because I did not have her full attention.

I have just recently started to see Dr. Chacko as my usual physician retired. She didn't seem to know all my history which is understandable. She did seem a little per-occupied but was able to answer all my questions. I have seen her before, she is very knowledgeable, friendly and a caring person in general.
