The hardest part of all of this is getting through to Evergreen to schedule appointments. The schedulers never ever answer the phone and you can stay on 'hold' for longer than the time I have. Very frustrating. I love Dr. Bonsell, but Evergreen relies so heavily on using the patient portal, it's just hard for older folks like me.

I can't understate how a great neurologist like Dr. Bonsell makes managing this disease possible. Many with my condition are missing someone strong in this key area.

Dr. Bonsell walked through the skin biopsy process before we begin the procedure so I know what to expect. During the procedure, she always checked to see how I was doing. She was professional and caring. Her assistant, Alex, was kind and friendly. He provided a detailed post-procedure care. I'm happy with my visit.

Bad - it seemed like she was doing the absolute minimum. I was treated as if I was emotionally unstable rather than having a concussion. She said I should stop lying to my psychiatrist about feeling OK. She did not help me with my school form to get extra time on assignments due to my now poor cognition.
