Sometimes appointments feel rushed, however if I stop to ask a question I do get a thorough answer.

Provider is friendly but downplayed and brushed off my concerns. At the end of the routine check-up which was about 10min in duration, provider was walking out the door without asking if I had any questions or concerns to raise. I had to say "Wait, I have some questions" as the provider was walking out and then provider just stood at the doorway and gave quick responses to my questions which didn't go into detail at all about my concerns. With this provider, I have felt that my concerns are consistently brushed off and downplayed with provider saying "that's normal" or "your results are boring". While they may be normal results and the pregnancy is moving along well, that doesn't mean it's "boring" to me and I would like to understand what's happening. I find I constantly have to ask for more detailed explanations about what is happening or how to interpret my results. For some, this might be reassuring but for me, I would prefer better explanations and commentary.

I felt like he didn't care or want to be there at all. I would not consider to see him in the future.

The provider didn't listen to my concerns, was wrong on due date, said there was no beds or space for you to go to the hospital. The provider wasn't changing his gloves at the cervix exam twice when removed OB/chair for exam.

Dr. Cook and his staff are very good, attentive and understanding. I choose doctor Cook based on suggestion from a friend and also based on his reviews. He is the best doctor. Has always made me feel comfortable, cleared all my doubts during my every visits. He is always cheerful and has good sense of humour. Has always made me feel confident when he sense I am nervous. His confidence in himself is what made me relax and realise I am in good hands. I would highly recommend him and would surely consult him for my future pregnancy. Thank you Dr. Cook and his team.

Dr. Cook is an excellent OB GYN! He has been my OB for 3 of my kids. He is very knowledgeable, attentive, thorough and caring. I know I'm in goo hands with Dr. Cook. Thank you Dr. Cook for taking such great care of me and my babies!
