Doctor comes in room, has a speech', talks fast, it's a cute speech, but it's extremely canned. Not personalized. Not to be interrupted. Then he leaves. 8 minutes (less). He's my surgeon. My surgery went perfectly. As a doctor pre & post op. Useless. Zero personalized support or care. But, I'd technically rather have a perfect surgery, than a great hand-holder. Unless it's possible to have a surgeon who cares? Is that possible?
