He didn't even know why I was seeing him and after looking thru my chart regarding my referra basically waved me off as everything was normal.

He started out not seeming to know what I was there for. He didn't appear to have read my file and went through fir answers to my questions as I asked, some questions He could not answer like what the size of my thyroid tumor was on my last Evergreen test and how much it had grown. He did not appear to be interested in my family history but when I tried to tell him of thyroid complications. I felt like he was disengaged, he made me feel like why am I here, I felt embarrassed and flustered even though this visit was as a conclusion from many test, biopsies I underwent and my doctors request.

I was very impressed with Dr Brockenbrough's knowledge and concern for my care. He was thorough, consulted with my Endocrinologist during my visit to determine surgery details and answered all questions. Dr Brockenbrough did surgery and it was very successful. My followup visit was very informative regarding surgery results and necessary ongoing care. I am very happy I was referred to Dr for his excellent knowledge and surgery skills.
