No one informed us until the day of surgery (talking w the surgeon) that there was a possibility of this surgery not going well and having to have it again. That was surprising and gave us some anxiety.

I'm not an all 5 person but the treatment for kidney stones can be a sensitive topic especially for one who has dealt with this issue before I was very much at ease by her bedside mannor
