Jenni Rothenberger, PA-C was incredible. She put me at ease, was very easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly

I had many questions. This provider patiently walked me through my tests and explained in detail what was going on Inside my body. She was receptive to my concerns and answered every question with a thoughtful answer. She spent more time with me than most providers. She was not in a hurry to get me out the door, rather she focused on me and all questions and concerns.

Don't feel that I have any idea how to proceed.

She does not respond directly to My Chart requests. She delegates responses to other staff members which don't always have their own My Chart accounts. The correspondences go through Jennifer S. Rothenberger, PA-C's account but she is not the sender. To me this is awkward and an aloof means to communicate, which no doubt requires more time to get answers.

Jenny Rothenberger is also awesome, very caring, listens, compassionate and a great PA!!!

Jennifer was very professional, courteous, and thorough. She provided detailed Information regarding my condition In a very meaningful and understandable way.

I really appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism of the provider <3 Excellent mannerism, excellent communication, very thoughtful and pleasant to work with. Super impressed with Dr Rothenberger! Will highly recommend her.
