Extremely difficult to get refills on prescriptions. Denies pharmacy and then indicates you should be seen again for a cough that she said could take up to three weeks to get over after only a week. Seems unfortunately that a simple refill is so difficult and spend way too much time on hold and on my navigator trying to get things done.

Worse experience possible. Basically told me to go to urgent care. I will never use this service again.

Jan went the extra mile with me taking statins. She was ready to set me up with someone to talk about a statin that wouldn't give me side effects. I was impressed that she had gone to that trouble for me.

Janet Williams-Cox speaks to me as me. She's not chummy -- nor would I want her to be -- but I feel like a unique person during a visit with her. She's relaxed enough to genuinely smile, follow up when I make a small joke, and I feel she cares about me, as me, sees me as a unique combination of body-mind-spirit, and that she values that. I always leave a visit with her feeling healthier, even if she has identified a course correction that we (and I feel that it is definitely "we") need to implement.

After the visit I felt like I was rushed out. Provider disappear and I had to ask where the exit was another nurse in that corridor. Then also receptionist if I was done and what do I do now.
