Dr.Cheng continues to find different solutions to my issue, doesn't want to give up when a solution doesn't work.

She offered me time to think about a course of treatment that I wanted to take and let me contact her via message with my decision. I appreciate that she gave me the extra time to consider my options.

Dr. Cheng is very knowledgeable, patient. She went through all the diagnosis, made useful and helpful recommendations. I feel like because I have her as a doctor and sleep specialist. My sleep will finally improve with her suggestions.
