I suffer from medical anxiety and struggle with doctor visits. Dr Su was kind and courteous, he sat and listened to my concerns and brought up things from my chart, showing me he really took the time to look at my medical history. He explained things well and with great detail, even drawing anatomy/pathology concepts on paper to help ensure I understood what he was saying. He made me feel listened to and supported as a person, I appreciate that. We worked together on a treatment plan

I came to see Dr. Su because of a perceived problem. It was not easy for anyone to handle what I brought to his attention. If there were a graph of how he scored with handling an exceedingly difficult situation, Dr. Su would be "off the chart" in the positive. I never thought any doctor would or would handle what he did so well.
