Care provider does not actively listen to things that I tell them about my medical history. Asked me If I had a specific type of exam within one or two minutes after I explicitly told them that I had not. Care provider superficially discussed side effects, and dismissed side effects as non-issues or that I wouldn't experience them without having a real dialogue about the treatment. Never asked me how concerned I was with the side effects of the suggested treatment plan.
