Philosophy of Care
I believe it is a basic human right to receive care that leaves you feeling heard, respected, safe, and advocated for. Highlighting the influence that each individual's unique backgrounds, bodies, and experiences plays into their health, my goal is to work together to integrate evidence-based practice with person-centered care to best support you wherever you are in your journey. As a midwife, I prioritize my training in trauma-informed care and building meaningful partnerships to reduce socioemotional barriers to accessing female health services.
I am also an ally to our LGBTQ+ community. I provide a safe, inclusive environment where all patients from all backgrounds can discuss their individual health care needs with confidence.
