Overall, just not very warm/friendly. Did not provide any sense of comfort regarding the procedure I was about to have. She was just very straight forward. Answers to my questions were short and without much compassion. Felt like I was just another appointment for her to get through. Having said all that, there was not anything super negative. Just an overall feeling.

Did not listen to my concerns. Felt very dismissed by her and will not return to this office. I have serious medical issues. I don't ask for much but I felt very dismissed!

Communication with her outside of the appointments was nonexistent. Not great during the appointments either.

This was a post-surgery check-up, and Ms. Shen was very helpful and reassuring.

Care Provider eager to move on. Needed to ask questions for issues of concern, but did answer.

My provider indicated she was ordering three scans for me. When I went in to have these done, there were only orders for one scan. The attendant contacted my provider, who later ordered the other two tests. This meant I had to schedule a second appointment. This would not have been necessary if more care was taken when my orders were submitted.

At first we didn't connect very well but when there was a more serious situation she took plenty of time to explain the next test l needed.

Overall, I'm grateful for E. Shen bc she listened to me the very 1st visit, & instead of having to go to multiple appointments just to arrive at the same conclusion.

Emerise did an excellent and thorough job of explaining the details of my upcoming surgery and , more importantly, what to expect during recovery.

Americe was excellent and I know her name is Spelled with an E, but I don't feel like correcting it I use my voice because my hands are too big for this tiny keyboard
