It is frustrating getting an appointment sometimes since she has so many patients. Been seeing her for 15 years.

Dr. Chaput has been my doctor for almost 20 years, I believe. She is the first person I go to with any health concerns. She always listens carefully and thoroughly discusses any next steps. I trust her, which is very important. I know they were running behind the day I was there, so I was trying to concisely get through my health concerns and I know I asked her a lot of questions, very quickly. I appreciate her taking the time to answer each of my questions. After I left, I realized there was one issue I/we didn't follow up on, which was my large blood clots during my period. I am not really sure what to do if this keeps happening or if we should do anything further at this time (given my medical history of uterine fibroids and 2 myomectomy surgeries). However, I know that if I contact Dr. Chaput via the portal, it will be very easy to get a reply from her or her staff on what to do if this problem continues or worsens. I love the portal and being able to directly email questions via relaying messages through someone else - it helps keep the communication clear and direct. Thank you!

I tend to feel like my appointments are a little rushed--I always realize I have questions I didn't have a chance to ask after the appointment, but I understand that everything is very busy right now so it's hard to make more time. Ideally I'd like to go through the appointment a little more slowly and have a little more of an opportunity to ask questions and have pauses to think.
