Little empathy from the PA. I was just another patient. I was sorry I came in and left feeling worse than when I arrived.

This particular appointment felt rushed, and they didn't seem to know it was a pre-op appointment at first. Once realized, they quickly pivoted, but instructions were very rushed and felt rehearsed. I wanted to ask more questions about my upcoming surgery but the provider seemed rushed and anxious to get out of the room. Normally all visits with this provider are excellent in all aspects, this particular visit was a one-off.

Attentive and caring

I am answering on behalf of my 14 year old daughter and very much appreciated the kindness and care she received at this pre-op visit and through her procedure.

Cory seemed a bit out of sorts this visit--like in a hurry

The nurse and the doctor and the people that did my x-ray were also good and kind

Corrie has a great sense of humor.

Excellent care

Corey explained everything to me, was patient with me as I was freaking out, and was trying to keep the moment funny and light hearted. He also told me which is something no nurse or doctor have ever told me. We don't have to do this right now if you don't feel ready. It made me feel that although he has patients to see, it's okay for me not to come through and reschedule. I didn't "waste" his time. I felt like a priority.

I've had an excellent run with this provider over the course of two hand/arm surgeries.

During this time due to additional injuries, I had to also visit 2 addtl providers. Cory Burch was the only one who was kind and respectful.

I didn't receive as much information as I would have liked.
