As a resident at one of the larger hospitals in Utah, Dr. Christopher Marshall had the responsibility to manage patients at every level in the hospital including ICU, post-surgical, pediatrics, newborn babies and even laboring mothers.
In his clinic, he had the privilege of seeing his patients - babies he had delivered days or years earlier, young scouts as they prepared for camp, expectant mothers and geriatric patients - all of whom he was honored to say called him their physician.

Personal Information

Ever since I was a child I either wanted to be either a fighter pilot, a police officer or a physician, and eventually settled on becoming a doctor. But following my graduation from Western Washington University, I began a career as a software developer.
After working for a number of years and even starting my own company I woke up one day and realized that I wasn't anywhere close to what I wanted to be when I grew up. So I returned to school and began a new path that took me to where I am today.
There isn't a single facet of medicine I don't enjoy, and as such, I ultimately decided to go into Family Medicine. My nontraditional medical background offers me a sometimes unique perspective of medicine and perhaps also into the lives of my patients.

Dr. Marshall was awesome! He actually saw in my right eye what many ophthalmologists miss! I was and am very impressed! He, also, was very kind and nice! High marks in my book!!

Knowing that at times, Dr.Marshall can be busy, I told him I'd be brief and to the point. He said, "I have time for you and don't worry about that." He stayed answering my questions and never made me feel rushed. I had elevated blood pressure and we agreed nicotine from vaping is the probable cause, so we talked at length about it and impending injections for chronic back pain. He's the most caring doctor I've met, and blue chip stock for Evergreen HMO

December 17, 2021
Provider made a joke that indicated that he did not remember that our child is adopted, and not our biological child. The joke was uncomfortable for other reasons too.
December 10, 2021
The online health survey and the paperwork I filled out during the office visit duplicate each other.

This visit was somewhat different as it happened on a day when the entire Evergreen system was down. So there was no access to my records and limited information available at the time of the appointment. However, Dr. Marshall followed through with sending us information that we had discussed.
