After telling dr Gerard my symptoms he did a battery of arm strength /movement tests. He then looked at me and said " well I really don't know what Ix wrong with you. Let me go think about It" and left the room. Returned awhile later with a printout of his "diagnosis" then told me where to go for PT (not convenient - didn't ask where would be a good location for me) and told me to get a nerve study for a diagnosis I swear he googled Will never go back to him

My doctor is certainly one of the best I've seen throughout the years.

Dr Gerard always seems to remember me and makes me feel like a valuable patient. He appears concerned about his patients.

The doctor far exceeded my expectations - knowledge, communication, empathy, generosity of time / experience / information. He seemed personally invested in understanding my concerns and in helping me understand the cause(s) and paths to health. In addition to my primary care physician (whom I adore), I would trust this doctor with my routine and acute health needs in the future.

Pompous Arrogant

Dr. Gerard is really amazing. He is so caring and empathetic. He listens so carefully. I really appreciate how he explains options.

Felt like it was getting pushed through V's being listened to. I needed to ask 3 times to get scripts refilled. And when I did, I asked for provider to suggest to pharmacist options of medicine for pharmacist to select from that were cheapest according to plan. Not just generic. Like other providers have done. This provider said it wasn't his job but pharmacists. He didn't understand and when I tried to re-explain he had already moved on. Clearly throughput is more important than patient quality. And prescriptions/medicine appears to not be the MDs responsibility but pharmacist. There are 3-4 varying product types I can use that are all similar (branded in addition to generic). Pharmacist does not help with other branded that are similar. They expect MD. Their words numerous times. MD doesn't seem to care or know. This is a problem.

Dot physical - I have mild Parkinson's. He told me "you should never drive again!", "you need a New NEW neurologist", made an "alarm" out of my BP I tried to explain Parkinson's issue. He did not listen. He could have checked my 2 years of recorded BP's with my Parkinson's specialist in his same Evergreen complex but he did not listen.

I provided the entire backstory to my injury to the nurse and provider (doctor). I was then asked if alcohol has been involved since I've been injured another time years ago similarly. It is HIGHLY offensive to accuse someone casually of an alcohol problem when it was completely unprompted and unnecessary. I felt dismissed and unheard when I had just explained what happened. I hope no one else has this happen to them. I do not drink alcohol and I'm hurt from being accused for having a problem. I used to see Gerard years ago for primary care and changed to a new provider because Gerard was consistently condescending and rude. I hope to never see him again.

It was impossible for the physician to diagnose my issue through telemedicine. I knew this going in, but the schedulers refused to give me an onsite appointment. When the physician came to the appointment, he told me that I should have scheduled onsite, and that he couldn't diagnose me. He thought it was my decision not to come in. He was very surprised when I told him that schedulers refused to give me an in-person appointment. All he could do is refer me to a specialist, which means I still do not have a diagnosis as I wait for the appointment with the specialist. That said, the physician was concerned and did the best he could under the circumstances. There were no deficiencies from his side. It was impossible for him to diagnose remotely.

Dr Gerard is the best physician I have had. Very smart, handles questions intelligently and respectfully.

I will change my son's provider as soon as I find a new one.

the doctor came in 20m late and they left me waiting on BlueJeans while I had to take time from my job to have this virtual visit. Lack of regard for other people's time is simply very disrespectful
