It was a horrible experience!! This provider was arrogant, rude, talk to me like I was trying to get medicine that I didn't need, when my regular dr. had made this appointment.

I feel given my conditions that an MRI may have been a good idea.....lower back issues with heavyiness on my hamstrings and tingling into my calves and feet. Dr recommended PT which will take 3 weeks for me to get an appointment. After several days and the symptons were worse I emailed the Dr to see if it would be appropriate to schedule an appointment with my spine Dr and he said yes...this appointment is out 3 weeks. So nothing has happened except I have been doing the exercises the Dr gave me to do (most of which I already do)...symptoms are worse and due to the symptons mentioned above I actually fell and twisted my right ankle yesterday...Now worse than I was and not sure where to go or what to do from here.

I felt that for figuring out the condition I was suffering (have since overcome the symptoms, and do believe it was a form of ear infection), an in-person appointment would have been a better use of time and expenses. Having a virtual meeting was not useful in helping to solidly pinpoint what was wrong with me, so I came away from the experience not really confident in my condition, other than assurances that it did not seem to be serious unless the symptoms worsened. To be totally blunt, It did felt like It was paying to take a doctor's time and just have them shrug. That being said, the doctor was professional, understanding, and was patient in letting me talk and explain. His deduction was pretty much on point, and did offer possible medications to alleviate the symptoms I was experiencing, while also encouraging to schedule an in-person appointment if things took a turn for the worse. Thankfully that has not happened, but I appreciated the concern and options laid out on the table.

Great provider. Would see him again in place of our normal provider without hesitation. Feedback: He asked a question about me (mother of child) and maternal depression, but never asked about paternal or other guardian depression. I later reflected on this and know it is likely a screening question meant to check in. However we have paternal depression in our family and it has impacted us. It felt biased towards mothers. In no way do I attribute this to a provider issue, Brandon was great. I am asking as a whole that you consider your screening questions differently. Mothers and female caregivers often carry a greater emotional burden of their families. If someone else is dealing with mental illness it's important to be aware of that.

I had asked STD testing but the doctor only ordered HIV test, then I had to let the lab person know and he afterward included other tests. Still herpes test is missing. The doctor should have talked more about which tests are included or not.
