I am originally from Las Vegas. I moved to Washington for residency and immediately fell in love with the PNW and decided to make it my new home. On my downtime, I love to enjoy the rain, crafting, scrapbooking and sewing.

Anum Rizvi, PharmD is amazing; she was mainly responsible for helping me, on the motivation and mentality shift, from 220lbs and uncontrolled diabetes to 150lbs and often under 7 A1C

Anum Rizvi, PharmD has been very thorough and helpful with improving my medication approach for some stubbornly high LDL numbers, with elevated LP(a). And successful - numbers have dropped significantly with her approach.
