Personal Information

I love medicine for the impact it allows me in touching people's lives. As a surgeon I am incredibly privileged to be able to walk with patients through some of the hardest and most joyous times.
Outside of the hospital, I enjoy hiking, skiing and sailing in the Puget Sound area with my husband and two boys.
My passion for sports centers around soccer, volleyball and football.

Dr. Armstrong is not only an excellent and experienced surgeon, but she's a very kind, attentive doctor. She takes the time to listen and explain, is empathic and caring, and her bedside manner is extremely reassuring when facing scary things like surgery. She is outstanding.
