Learning more about you to help tailor your care and then providing you with education to empower you to help make decisions about your care is something I find extremely rewarding. My goal is to provide whatever treatment, guidance, and resources are required to get you back to the activities you love, be it elite athletics, a short day hike, or just a pain-free day at the park with the grandkids.

Personal Information

My passion for sports and sports medicine comes from my father. An accomplished marathoner, he taught me the importance of hard work, dedication, and just how devastating any injury can be. These early life lessons, combined with my own academic and athletic pursuits, have helped to shape my life and have culminated in dedicating my career to helping others stay active and return to those activities that enrich their lives.
As a native of Houston, I am still in awe of the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and enjoy exploring the area with my husband. If not out running, hiking, or covering a local sporting event, you will likely find us walking in our neighborhood to try out a new coffee shop or restaurant.
I am also an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction and am always on the hunt for the next great read.

Community Involvement

An avid runner, I enjoy providing medical care annually for the Seattle Marathon and the Rock 'n' Roll Seattle Marathon. I also care for young athletes at Ballard High School and serves as the current team physician for Lake Washington High School.
Additionally, I give my time and enjoy working with adaptive athletes for the Seattle Slam quad rugby tournament, Seattle Slam wheelchair basketball and the National Veteran's Wheelchair Games.

I am glad I found Dr. Fry. She is excellent at helping with musculoskeletal issues and with preventative work. Her line of thinking and practice is very progressive for medicine. All physicians should be supportive of exercise and movement as Dr. Fry is.

Dr Fry was very easy to connect to, and made me feel at ease. Practical in her approach to providing care and support for what is going to be a chronic physical problem. Feel I have a partner in helping me manage the pain and degenerative issues that are my new reality.

Dr. Fry is one of the most caring and knowledgeable physicians I've ever been a patient with. I trust that she always has my best care in mind and is an advocate for my upmost care. She's a true asset to the Evergreen team.

I got clear information about the diagnosis for my problem, but very little about prognosis and care options except for a referral to physical therapy.

Dr. Fry is invested in health of patients. Working with people to stay healthy means exercising, and some of us have injuries from time to time. I would much rather need a sports medicine physician Instead of a diabetes doctor or cardiologist due to sedentary lifestyle and poor health behaviors. :)
