We recommend that you register early in your pregnancy, as classes fill quickly.

[Virtual class] This six-week series offers a total body interval workout adjusted to the various pregnancy phases of the attendees.
Instruction includes cardio, strength training and flexibility exercises.
The class is taught by a certified Fit4Mom Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Instructor.
YOGA FOR PREGNANCY
[Virtual class] This six-week series will show you how yoga can strengthen your childbearing muscles, increase your flexibility during pregnancy and provide deep relaxation for lifelong health.
Classes are taught by a certified yoga instructor.
