Benefit Eligibility

  • Benefit-eligible employees are active employees scheduled to work at least 20 hours a week.
  • Coverage begins the first of the month following or coincident with your date of hire.
  • Eligible dependents include your spouse or domestic partner (same or opposite sex); your spouse's, your domestic partner's or your unmarried children who are younger than age 26.
