For your safety and others, we are limiting visitors in our hospital, practices, and other areas of care. Thank you for traveling only to and from your destination. Please do not linger within the facility, for absolute safety for you and others.
Every patient and visitor will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms at entry and asked to wear a mask for the duration of the visit.
Hospital patients and ED, surgical, and imaging patients
- Visiting hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (24 hours for Emergency Department).
- 1 visitor at a time for patients.
- 2 visitors at a time for patients who are at the end of life.
- 0 visitors for COVID-19 positive patients or patients under investigation (PUI)for COVID-19.
- Visitors must check-in upon entry and check-out upon leaving.
EvergreenHealth Monroe outpatient clinics – Wound Care, Anticoagulation, PT/OT
Generally, patients may have one adult visitor (over 18). Individual clinics may have specific visitor restrictions due to patient population and waiting room space in respect to social distancing. Each practice reserves the right to ask visitors to wait in the car, for absolute safety.
Child visiting policy
Children under age 12 are not allowed in our facilities at this time unless they are the patient.
