The initial appointment was fine, every thing was well explained. It was the after care and trying to reach the Dr. by phone that was the most frustrating thing. I had new symptoms come up that I was really worried about. I also wanted to go over the test results and what next step were so I called the office early in the morning one day and I asked for a phone call back that same day. I called later that same day at 4pm, knowing your office closes at 5pm because I still had not heard from the Dr. I was told she would be calling me back by the end of the day. All I got was a very short email back at 5:01pm. that said I should just wait to speak with the referral Dr./surgeon on Monday (5 days later) to discuss new symptoms and concerns. However, I still had several questions and concerns and I was unable to call the office because the office was closed by that time. Therefore, I replied back to the email the Dr. sent and still never received a response, even the next day. The following day I called the office at 2:30pm and explained that I would like to speak to the Dr. again. The receptionist asked if I just wanted to reply to the email online, I explained that I had already done that and that I was still waiting for a response. I am very frustrated with the level of care and communication I have received from your practice.

The only disappointment was that the primary care giver was supposed to refer me to a hand specialist and she forgot and wrote in her notes that "patient would wait and see". Because I was waiting for the reference to call me for an appointment, I lost another week in being able to see a specialist for my issue.

Veneta exceeded my exceptions. She is truly passionate and understands what I'm going through. She doesn't judge me and I feel that she wants to help me without allowing me to feel ridiculed our belittled. Any problem I addressed she answered and received it in entire seriousness. I felt I could ask any question - as I would expect from my primary. I can't thank her enough for being so empathetic.
