Experience
I am a fellowship trained urologist, with extensive experience in open and minimally invasive urologic surgery. I have a particular interest in complex urologic stone disease. I've authored many journal articles and presented research at local and national meetings.
Philosophy
My goal is to listen as much as possible to ascertain both a patient's experience with their symptoms, as well as their values and goals, when collaborating with them on a treatment or management plan.
Personal Information
I was born and raised in Washington state, and am a graduate of both Washington State University (BS in Biochemistry) and the University of Washington (MD, Residency in Urology). Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my wife and two young children. I also make time to run, bike, backpack, ski and garden. In case you were wondering, I root for the Cougs in the Apple Cup!
