Dr Chia always takes the time to really listen. He always seems to have genuine concern for our entire family. I am so grateful to have such a kind and knowledgeable physician like him.

The lab area is always busy no matter what time of day it is. Luckily during my visit to the lab a 2nd technician showed up, but my wait was about 20+ minutes.
