Pharmacist Naosheen Noor monitors medication therapies to prevent/treat blood clots (anticoagulation), aids in smoking cessation, and manages chronic conditions such as diabetes, elevated cholesterol and high blood pressure.
Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy
I've been working in pharmacy since 2005 and my experience encompasses community pharmacies to large city hospitals. My residency at the VA exposed me to a mostly geriatric population at both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy settings. After residency, I worked as an infusion pharmacist before joining the EvergreenHealth Anticoagulation clinic (now named Pharmacist Provider Services) in 2015.
I grew up in New York City and relocated to the Seattle area in July 2011. During my spare time, I am a dance student, and I enjoy volunteering with a Redmond based nonprofit organization that serves the underprivileged.
