Board Certified in Family Medicine
I have practiced full spectrum Family Medicine since 1984, in some cases taking care of three or four generations of families. I feel that when you know the family, you know the patient better.
I consider myself your consultant and advisor for your medical care. We will work together to form a plan for best outcomes and an ongoing relationship with each other. I will listen to you and hope to explain the medical care system and health issues as relating to you as best I can.
I came from the San Francisco Bay Area to Whitworth University where I met my husband and decided to pursue my longstanding interest in medicine. My love for medicine has always been rooted in Family Medicine and Behavioral Health. My calling has enabled me to get to know amazing people from all walks of life. My husband and I have a grown son and daughter. Our daughter is in Family Medicine also. In our free time we enjoy biking, golf and snorkeling when we can. I toy with my inner artist by painting and enjoy reading.
In the Community
I am active with the Bellevue Mini Women's Nine Hole Club. I volunteer at my church, where we have attended for 28 years, and have served on various committees through the years. We participate in Jubilee Service Day each August, where we help prep Bellevue Schools for the coming year.
