My NP was GREAT in explaining my circumstances and listening to my situation.

My prescription had not been called into the pharmacy as indicated at my appointment. I contacted the pharmacy almost two weeks after my appointment. a fax was sent to the provider.

Follow up on lab results did not happen. Tests recommended appear to be running up the costs for me as a patient.

She was reluctant to refill my prescription that I've had for years, seemed negative even after discussing the other options I'd tried, and made it clear she thought my routine exam was a waste of her time. She also "forgot" to refill my prescription and did not respond to the pharmacy requests; took me a week to get it!
