Very friendly & knowledgeable of my conditions!

Dr. Eckert went out to bring my husband in and spoke good loud enough for him to hear the treatment plan because my husband forgot to local his hearing aids!

Did not follow up when they told me they would.

My concern was with my small toe bleeding. I had cut the nail of the toe but blood was coming from the cuticle. Dr Eckert said I probably cut the toe when I cut the nail. I would know if I cut my toe because it would have hurt. I don't feel he really looked very closely but I resigned myself to go along and hope for the best. The toe bleeds off and on and is still sore. Will make podiatrist appt.

Worst experience ever at Lakeshore in 14 years. Dr. Eckert was very rude, condescending, pushy, interrupted & talked over me, minimized my concerns and seemed angry and argumentative.
