Briana Rice has experience providing primary care to all ages in a variety of settings from community health clinics to private practice. Before she earned her nurse practitioner degree, Briana worked as an RN in neonatal intensive care unit.
I believe everyone deserves to have the best medical care possible, regardless of their financial or social situation. It is my goal to help my patients achieve their optimal state of health by developing an interactive plan of care with them. I feel that patients should be treated compassionately and as a person, not a diagnosis.
I developed a fascination with the medical field at a young age and have always enjoyed the challenge and reward of helping patients to become their healthiest selves. I was raised in a small town in southern Washington and spent a lot of time outdoors with my family growing up so I have always appreciated the scenery and opportunity for outdoor activities that the Pacific Northwest provides. In my spare time I enjoy activities such as snowboarding, hiking, running and camping.
In the Community
I enjoy volunteering at the community events that EvergreenHealth sponsors and participating in charity based running events.

Reviewed on February 22, 2019 Dr. Rice is fairly compassionate. But most of your drs., specialists, techs - you know right away this is only a job to them & they just want the money! Evergreen did not use to be this way. They also make you feel you are wasting their time! Dr. Rice doesn't make you feel that way.
