Board Certified in Family Medicine
My clinic experience includes providing preventative care for all ages, prenatal care, acute and chronic medical condition management. During my residency, I managed patients at every level in the hospital including ICU, post-surgical, pediatrics, newborns, OB and general medical floor. I have also cared for patients in skilled nursing facilities and urgent care.
I want to know who you are, what you love, and what makes you unique. Through careful listening, humor, and evidence-based practices I work together with the patient to offer comprehensive and compassionate care. I enjoy working with the diversity of patient's backgrounds and work to incorporate their lifestyle and support system into their health care.
I grew up in a small town in east Texas. After Hurricane Katrina, I had the opportunity to help the only local doctor as he worked to identify and aid his patients in the community. I was amazed how he knew his patients, what medical conditions they had, and who would need help first. I knew I wanted to be able to do the same. I have been dedicated to becoming a physician who would know my patients, care for their entire family, and be a part of a community. I am married to my high-school sweetheart and we have two rowdy boys. We enjoy going outdoors, hiking, and sailing. I enjoy yoga and reading. We are excited to move into a community and to get to know our neighbors.

Reviewed on February 4, 2019 I have already recommended Dr Seale to several persons already as a primary care provider
Reviewed on January 22, 2019 Dr. Seale is the best provider I've seen. She is always on time, listens and talks through things in a very caring and knowledgeable way. She gives education and materials to help understand. Best part is she comes in the room and knows my history and our previous conversations; that is so rare! Dr. Seale is truly a gem in Monroe. Love her and tell everyone I can to see her but she's filling up fast so need another provider just like her!
Reviewed on January 14, 2019 I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Seale. She listened, explained things and made me feel at ease. She also quoted Harry Potter, so I'm pretty sure she might be the best provider EvergreenHealth has :)
Reviewed on January 2, 2019 Fabulous
Reviewed on December 19, 2018 She is such a good physician that I hope she does not become booked up too fast! I wanted to be in the Evergreen system since all of my specialists are in Evergreen, but I have had difficulty finding a physician I clicked with. I hope that Dr. Seale stays here in the Monroe office for a long time.
