Our free diabetes support groups give you the opportunity to share successes and discuss your challenges with our diabetes experts and other group members.
Both groups are held on the EvergreenHealth Medical Center Kirkland campus.
A gathering place for adults with Type 1 Diabetes and the people who support them, led by JDRF mentors.
Learn new information, find resources and tools, and make connections.
Share success stories, spread positive attitudes, validate challenges, and leave with hope.

There is no charge to participate and you do not need to be a patient of EvergreenHealth to attend.
RSVPs are not required, but are accepted.

Directions: The group meets in room Tan 134 in the EvergreenHealth Surgery and Physicians Pavilion adjacent to EvergreenHealth Medical Center. Follow signs to Central entrance and parking; follow signage to the EvergreenHealth Surgery and Physicians Pavilion(Tan). You will enter on the second floor; take the elevator or stairs down to the first floor and follow signs to room 134. Parking is free.
Each monthly meeting has a topic, and will often include presentations from diabetes experts in the community. Each meeting includes carbohydrate-friendly recipes to help you along your journey to good diabetes self-management.
Meets first Thursday of each month from 5:30-7 p.m.
