Education classes are a great way learn the ins-and-outs of managing diabetes so you can live a long, healthy life.
Our diabetes classes are recognized by the American Diabetes Association, which ensures that the education you receive meets the National Standard for Diabetes Self-Management Education.
EvergreenHealth’s diabetes education series covers the fundamentals of how diabetes affects your health and offers you good advice to get you started on the road to a healthier lifestyle.
You will gain the following invaluable information from our Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists: self-management skills, medication management, exercise, healthy coping, meal planning and glucose monitoring including new technologies.
We now offer a virtual class as well as in-person classes during the Covid-19 pandemic.

If you prefer a one-to-one learning environment, or are unable to attend the classes, we do offer individual consultations with our Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
We also offer programs for diabetes management during pregnancy.
Our diabetes classes are covered by most insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please contact your insurance provider to discuss the coverage available to you.
