For Parents, Grandparents and Caregivers. Everything new or expectant caregivers need to know about keeping their baby safe at home and at play is packed into this two-hour class! Pediatricians agree that unintentional injuries are the greatest risk to babies. Let us help you learn the basics of preventing accidents based on the latest best practice recommendations. Topics include basic child development, safe sleep recommendations, car seat basics, medication safety, and baby-proofing and home safety. This class will include an infant CPR and choking rescue demonstration by the instructor. This is NOT a certification class. This class held in person.
