Pelvic Health Class

Learn techniques to minimize pain during your pregnancy and the birth process and how to optimize healing after the birth. This class emphasizes ways to avoid problems with the pelvic floor muscles. Explore how methods, like proper positioning, exercises and stretching, combined with support belts and shoe supports, may be used to maintain musculoskeletal integrity and protect the pelvic floor during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Taught by an EvergreenHealth Pelvic Health Physical Therapist. Fee $40.00 (plus tax) per person.  Register pregnant person only.  This class is for the birthing person only! This class held in-person.
