This 8 hour, 4-weeknight series provides specific preparation for birthing multiples. Topics include pain medication options, Cesarean birth, nutrition for pregnancy and your growing family, interventions, postpartum, breastfeeding and caring for your babies. Attend during your 5th to 6th month of pregnancy. Register pregnant person only. $200 per Couple. Multiples book and appl included in class fee. This class meets in-person for a total of 6 hours 7:00pm - 9:00pm on the same day of the week for 4 weeknights.
It includes an interactive tour of the Family Maternity Center.
