I have worked in various settings including the primary care clinic, urgent care clinic and inpatient care. I have been working as a hospitalist since 2005. I also have experience as a hyperbaric medicine physician. I love working as a community hospitalist where care is more personal.
Philosophy
I believe that good patient care comes from a collaboration between the patient, their family and their team of doctors, nurses and ancillary staff that attend to their needs. I believe that listening to my patient's concerns is very important in helping me to understand the overall picture. I also believe that explaining clearly what needs to be done and what is happening with the patient at the current time is an integral part of patient care.
Personal Information
I live in the Snohomish/Monroe area so I am familiar with the local EvergreenHealth Monroe community. In my spare time I enjoy working out, swimming, traveling, gardening and cooking.
