Reviewed on January 28, 2021 I don't feel that filling out the FMLA forms should be considered a visit, and charge clients!

Reviewed on May 4, 2020 Dr. Liu is perceptive and thorough. She does a good job of listening to a patient while documenting what the information being exchanged.
Reviewed on April 24, 2020 I have recommended Dr. Liu to others however, she is not (or was not @ that time) accepting new patients.
Reviewed on March 24, 2020 Excellent my Dr. Kim Liu -
Reviewed on March 9, 2020 Dr Kimberly Liu is an excellent and attentive provider. I'm very happy to continue with her services.
Reviewed on February 4, 2020 I love my doctor. Even though I work at a different hospital I will never switch my PCP because she is amazing and listens to me and my concerns.
Reviewed on December 12, 2019 I am very happy with Dr. Liu!
Reviewed on December 2, 2019 My primary care provider is a naturopath, but she's not covered by Medicare. I use Dr. Liu because of my Medicare coverage.
Reviewed on October 31, 2019 Good
Reviewed on October 25, 2019 I have been seeing Dr. Liu for 13 years and she is the most compassionate dr. I have ever seen.
Reviewed on October 24, 2019 Evergreen is lucky to have Dr. Liu on staff.
Reviewed on October 22, 2020 Felt like she was very busy. Didn't get a chance to ask one of my questions. But otherwise very nice and thoughtful.
Reviewed on September 14, 2020 The provider didn't provide hand exam on my breasts and my throat that she always in the past physical exams.
Reviewed on August 28, 2020 experience is almost always positive as have been seeing Dr Liu for quite some time. seems more reactive than proactive in regards to communicating how to improve my issues, talking about alternatives, etc. feels somewhat like checking the box, update prescriptions and out the door.
Reviewed on August 17, 2020 Recommended treatment for one week and a referral to a specialist.
Reviewed on May 5, 2020 She helped me with immediate pain but did not fully explain variety of options for diagnosing and moving forward. She said she was hindered by video format. She was also not my primary care MD. May have played into it.
Reviewed on February 20, 2020 I am working through a health issue and generally, I feel like all she can do is send me to generalized specialists, who run generalized testing and it is an expensive rabbit warren and still have no answers (although all my symptoms confirmed as really existing). I got a second opinion who suggested that I should have been sent to more specific and targeted specialists from the beginning. Right now I have given up and am focussing on general health and will eventually start to resolve these issues again after more personal research rather than the generalized advice I am getting.
Reviewed on February 6, 2020 engaging and good communication. only knock is expanding the conversation to potentially include other medications, other ideas, processes, etc. to help mitigate my issues. However, I feel she's very knowledgeable and her engagement in my care is excellent.
Reviewed on January 31, 2020 Have had long association with Dr Liu, seems she is not being assisted sufficiently now
Reviewed on January 7, 2020 I left this appointment feeling very dissatisfied, thinking that in a different date/time/location, a general practitioner would be more involved in potential health issues vs schlepping off to specialists. I got the sense that either the "rules of engagement" dictated by Evergreen Health on the realm of their primary docs or my primary just didn't want to try and hone in on my recent health issues. I asked a lot of questions that were deflected to specialists without further questions about my symptoms and what I'm experiencing. I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of perceived interest in my pain - outside of my general health.
Reviewed on February 1, 2021 it somehow changed this time. I need to go to a specialist . I won't come back here for women's stuff.
Reviewed on January 28, 2021 I came in for a blood test for thyroid. She then threw a gown at me and insisted I have a pap. I wasn't ready for that so I said no. She then persisted until I told her no, made me very uncomfortable. I've gone to her for 20 years until today.
Reviewed on October 19, 2020 I didnt feel the empathy, I think she is occupied and super busy. As a result, many of the advice I am not sure if I will follow. I hate to second guess, but I didnt feel I have the understanding or received all the fact enough for me to make sound decision. I think she is just busy and occupied with alot of other tougher issues than mine.
Reviewed on July 6, 2020 Doctor never looked up from her computer once. I could have had this visit via a phone call just as easily. Also had not made notes on an important point from our previous visit so I had to go through an explanation that should have been documented.
Reviewed on January 10, 2020 Maybe my condition didn't warrant as much attention or her time, which is understandable. but I wish she had the option to have the consultation over phone in which case my husband and didn't need to take time off his work to be home and watch the kids while I drove to see my doctor.
Reviewed on December 16, 2019 she orders tests just based on age and spent maybe 5 minutes with me after I waited 35 minutes after early morning appointment
Reviewed on October 17, 2019 My visit with Dr. Liu was OK. I felt like she was difficult to talk to, in that I felt like I was getting judged when I said something. And she was very straight to the point with things, which can be good for getting more things done in a day, but made me feel like she wasn't really concerned with helping or listening to me. Also I had a hard time understanding some things she said when I asked questions about a prescription. She seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. Next year I will likely switch to a different doctor.
Reviewed on November 30, 2020 IMO the PCP should provide overall vision and support for a patients condition. I was referred to a Gastro and a spine doctor but did not feel like she was providing me with a holistic view. maybe that's how it works but I felt like no one provider was managing the process.
Reviewed on May 18, 2020 Dr. Liu is extremely curt and has been in a hurry. She is not friendly, compassionate and her bedside manner, so to speak is not warm at all.
Reviewed on November 26, 2019 Always late, never come on time in the room. Always rush to finish conversation.
Reviewed on January 8, 2021 Doctor is not interested to listening to the health related issues. she's the worst doctor i have ever met
Reviewed on July 13, 2020 I was dismissed and treated with utter disrespect. I felt very invalidated and there was no concern or humaness during my interaction with her. she was fast and just wanted to get out of there.
