Dr. Adrielle Fry is a fellowship trained physician who has expertise in non-operative management of sports, musculoskeletal, and spine care. She has experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound for both diagnostic and injection guidance purposes as well as x-ray guided procedures for musculoskeletal and spine care. Dr. Fry can provide regenerative medicine approaches (such as platelet rich plasma) for tendon and joint issues as appropriate. She is also passionate about providing concussion care and education for patients.
I am a firm believer in the patient-doctor relationship being one of teamwork and collaboration. Learning more about my patients to help tailor their care and then providing them with education to empower them to help make decisions about their care is something I find extremely rewarding. My goal is to provide whatever treatment, guidance, and resources are required to get my patients back to the activities they love, be it elite athletics, a short day hike, or just a pain-free day at the park with the grandkids.
Personal Information
My passion for sports and sports medicine comes from my father. An accomplished marathoner, he taught me the importance of hard work, dedication, and just how devastating any injury can be. These early life lessons, combined with my own academic and athletic pursuits, have helped to shape my life and have culminated in dedicating my career to helping others stay active and return to those activities that enrich their lives.
As a native of Houston, I am still in awe of the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and enjoy exploring the area with my husband. If not out running, hiking, or covering a local sporting event, you will likely find us walking in our neighborhood to try out a new coffee shop or restaurant. I am also an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction and am always on the hunt for the next great read.
In the Community
An avid runner, Dr. Fry enjoys participating annually providing medical care for the Seattle Marathon and the Rock 'n' Roll Seattle Marathon. She also cares for young athletes at Ballard High School and serves as the current team physician for Lake Washington High School. Additionally, Dr. Fry gives her time and enjoys working with adaptive athletes for the Seattle Slam quad rugby tournament, Seattle Slam wheelchair basketball and the National Veteran's Wheelchair Games.

She is absolutely wonderful. Never gives up on finding info needed to give best care for my problems. Looks for solutions outside of the box, or loops in other providers if needed to answer questions or deal with concerns. Always make sure questions are answered. Never makes you feel rushed.
