We had a great virtual visit - video and audio worked well. When the call dropped, the Doctor called my mobile phone directly in less than 30 seconds. We discussed my specific issue, and also upcoming vaccinations etc. Quick, thorough, friendly, got what I needed.

I was impressed with an explanation about a medication I'd asked about. He said it could have benefits with reducing my pain but also explained the potential risks or downside to the medication. He said he wouldn't really recommend it for me personally but it could have temporary benefits. Then let me make the decision on whether I wanted to use it. Because of his information I opted not to use it. In fact I passed on the information to a family member who takes the medication and had recommended it to me. The med involved has a tendency or potential to raise your blood sugar. My family member I told about it actually has high blood sugar....borderline diabetic. So not only did his knowledge help me but it brought awareness to my brother in law.

Once I needed dental surgery and I was afraid but during an unrelated visit with Dr Linn I mentioned this and he took the time to completely explain what was going to happen in a way I could understand. I felt so much better and was amazed that Dr. Lin was so informed about dental surgery. I think he's a fantastic doctor.
