Kirkland, Wash. – EvergreenHealth Orthopedic Care recently welcomed Jeff Stepanian, PA-C, to its team of skilled providers in Kirkland, Washington.
Stepanian is a board-certified physician assistant and specializes in hip and knee conditions, minimally invasive outpatient hip and knee replacement surgeries and computer navigation knee surgeries. His research and work have been extensively published and recognized for his expertise in MIS and computer navigation surgical techniques and joint replacement.
In addition, Stepanian has hands-on experience in hip and knee replacements. In fact, his work in cadaver-based surgeon education has been nationally recognized. Throughout his more than 20-year career, he has helped to train over 300 surgeons in advanced surgical techniques.

Stepanian enjoys working with his patients to develop care plans that focus on the whole patient. With these care plans, he helps his patients optimize their outcomes. According to Stepanian, he is very prideful when it comes to his patients and continually strives to make their entire experience exceptional.
Stepanian has been recognized by Seattle Met as a top physician assistant from 2016-2019 for his commitment to high-quality patient care. He also graduated with honors in physician assistant studies from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. In addition to caring for patients at EvergreenHealth, Stepanian is a founding father and Chief Operations Officer at Operativ, which designs surgical instruments for joint replacements, and a consultant for the SwiftPath program.
Outside of the health system, Stepanian enjoys spending time with his wife and their two kids. Their family enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing and family movie night. Stepanian also is an active volunteer in his community’s school system.
