EvergreenHealth Adds New Features to Online Patient Portal, Making Sign Up Easier and Enhancing User Experience

Kirkland, Wash. – EvergreenHealth recently expanded features and added new functionality to its patient portal, My Navigator, to enhance patients’ electronic health record user experience and to make accessing personal health information more convenient, timely and transparent.

The free portal offers patients the ability to schedule appointments online and connect with their providers between visits via secure messaging, as well. Routine lab test results and provider notes are now available almost immediately after their visits, and My Navigator users can also access diagnostic imaging results after just four days.

To make signing up for the portal even easier, patients without a patient portal account can now self- enroll for My Navigator online with any device with internet access, simply using their medical record number or email address registered with EvergreenHealth. Patients previously needed to visit their provider’s office in person to initiate portal enrollment.

In addition to new features, the portal’s user interface was upgraded to ensure a more mobile-friendly experience, and to make the information patients seek most often easier to access.
